Traditional camp provides a classic day camp experience with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities each day: sports, games, arts & crafts, science, music, cooking, and more. Campers enjoy swimming in our heated outdoor pool, and weekly field trips. Each week has its own special theme and value (click here for week-by-week chart).

A special sense of community is fostered at Camp Shalom and it carries over from summer to summer. Silly traditions, endless fun, and a range of activities mean there’s something for everyone each day. There is air-conditioned classroom space for activities and exploration, a large gymnasium, a stage and an outdoor playground, plus open green fields and plenty of shaded areas for outdoor play. COVID safety protocols are observed.

Campers are divided by age group.

Please note: Currently we plan to offer 1-week camp sessions (state and county regulations permitting). We realize that circumstances are rapidly changing due to the COVID pandemic, and for that reason we are offering a very flexible refund policy for summer 2021. If we change dates or cancel sessions, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
